If your order includes a video, it takes 5 days to prepare for shipping. Orders without a video are usually packed within 3 days. Once your order has shipped, youβll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery generally takes 4-7 days within the U.S. and its territories. π

We currently ship only within the U.S. and its territories, but weβre working on expanding to more regions soon. βοΈ
βΏ When will my packing video be posted on TikTok?
if you purchased a TikTok packing video, itβs usually posted within 1 week after your order is placed. We post one video daily, and they are posted in the same orders that the orders were received. We appreciate your patience as we take some time to create and edit. You can see it on @berrycutescoops π₯
βΏ How can I customize or add a note to my order?
If youβd like to add a special note or customization request, please include it in the βSpecial Instructionsβ section at checkout. You can mention your preferences for characters, colors, or any other specific requests.
